WHAT IS THE MOW INTERNATIONAL APOSTOLIC RESOURCE CENTER? Three years ago when Danny & Karen Steyne moved to initiate Mountain Of Worship, they were given a word by someone regarding the phases they would walk through. In confirmation of this word, they were given a scripture that the Lord had spoken regarding the establishing of Mountain Of Worship, and how it would occur. (Isaiah
37:30-32) "This will be the sign for you: "This year you will eat what grows by
itself, and the second year what springs from that. But in the third year sow
and reap, plant vineyards and eat their fruit. Once more a remnant will take
root below and bear fruit above. For out of Jerusalem will come a
remnant, and out of Mount Zion a band of survivors. The zeal of the LORD
Almighty will accomplish this. This past summer the Lord began speaking very clearly to us that after the Mountain Of Worship National Signs & Wonders Conference the third phase would begin. When we looked at the calendar we realized that the Lord had sent Danny & Karen to Columbia to initiate MOW exactly three years prior to the time following the conference! During the October 2005 conference, Bob Jones and each of the brethren from Africa prophesied to Danny and commissioned he and Karen to "start" (exactly the timing the Lord gave them three years ago) this thing. On November 19th, 2005 a local congregation was the first to merge into MOW (a 501(c)3 organization) to do something "bigger" than any of us alone can do. We believe there will be many throughout the region that will collectively chase the vision that is God's for our region! As an apostolic resource center....we believe we will be resourced with many of those who function in apostolic, prophetic, evangelistic, pastoral, and teaching gifts.... to equip the Saints for the work of ministry. Our heart is to release ministry throughout the region .... full of His Power and His Presence! Basically we see lots of ministry flowing out through MOW to the area... being a blessing wherever we are! We aren't
wanting people to "quit" doing what they are doing... we just think the vision
must be bigger than simply our own, and that if we come together their will be
far more impact regionally, nationally and internationally. |
